Aestera, operated by IKUBIX Nathalie Chikhi, wants you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and one-time purchases.
Eligibility
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and each renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued directly by Aestera through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, write to us at hello@aestera.ai with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. We'll confirm by email and process the refund to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
